Data snooper, Alterian, found 66% of PR types indicate a growing interest to invest in social media marketing. Of this 66%, two-thirds say they will be shifting one-fifth of their budgets into social media marketing projects. A challenge remains for them, in that 42% say they don't use any analytics in their clients e-mail databases.
